Priority 1 Shredding provides document destruction services that are customized to fit your needs.
Purges: Schedule an appointment and our mobile unit will come to your location and shred your documents onsite. No contract required.
Routine Pickups: We work with you to set up a routine pickup schedule on a daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. For this service, a contract is required and Priority 1 Shredding provides lockable collection containers for the storage of your confidential documents until your next scheduled pickup. The lockable collection containers are provided at no cost.
Certificate of Destruction: Priority 1 Shredding provides certification that all documents received were securely destroyed in the shredding process.
Recycling: All paper is recycled.

Secure IT Asset Disposition (SITAD): Secure Information and Assets Disposition (SITAD) encompasses three main services: offsite media destruction (including hard drive, computer tapes, etc.), recycling end-of-life IT assets that have no residual value, and remarketing IT assets that still have residual value.

Document Storage: Our facility provides secure storage for sensitive files and records with monitoring and restricted access protocols. Clients can request access to their documents at any time, with retrieval options tailored to both standard and urgent needs. Each file is carefully tracked and barcoded upon intake, enabling precise management and accountability. Additionally, we offer robust records management solutions that include document dating and systematic purging based on your organization’s retention schedule, ensuring that your compliance and confidentiality requirements are always met.
